Return & Refund Policy
At BC Coastal Grilling, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review the following return and refund guidelines.
Return Eligibility
Unused products in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any items back. We will provide return instructions and shipping information.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened food products, including rubs and seasonings
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Custom or special-order products
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
Damaged or Defective Products
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label may be requested to assist with replacement or refund processing.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.
