We proudly ship our products across Canada and strive to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.
Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons, promotional events, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Free Shipping
BC Coastal Grilling is pleased to offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders within Canada.
Certain remote or northern destinations may require additional shipping arrangements. If additional charges apply, we will contact you before processing the order.
Shipping Methods
BC Coastal Grilling currently offers free standard shipping on qualifying Canadian orders.
Orders are shipped using reputable carrier partners selected based on destination and service availability.
Once an order has shipped, customers will receive shipment confirmation and tracking information when available.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier service levels, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Most Canadian shipments arrive within 3–10 business days after dispatch.
Customers in rural, remote, or northern locations may experience longer delivery times.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
BC Coastal Grilling is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival.
If products arrive damaged, defective, or appear to have been mishandled during transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label may be requested to assist with claim processing and replacement arrangements.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in tracking the package with the carrier.
While we will work diligently to help resolve shipping issues, BC Coastal Grilling is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs inspections, labour disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
